The idea, which is interesting to you as well, especially if you are a tech enthusiast and developer. I am personally following podcasts and channels of opinion leaders like Martin Fowler and Dave Farley known e.g. for Continuous Delivery. They publish across different platforms like Youtube and Linkedin, which makes me hop around between those platforms. Also, it is fun to interact with other followers e.g. in the comment section of a post on Linkedin or Youtube.
I was wondering if it would make sense to grab these channels, to create a personalized dashboard, and to respond even directly from that. Yes, I know Hot Suite, HubSpot and Co offer something like that...
BUT
Noone allows actually to merge the conversation across the platforms, while some users (followers) with whom I am texting regularly are on all channels too ... So, the merger would be to streamline our conversation to a central place allowing distributed communication across the platforms.
Key functionalities:
- log in to profiles e.g. Linkedin and Youtube
- watchdog for "opinion leader", if a new post or comment was published
- Following certain posts and videos
- Monitoring comment sections
- Collecting comments to be presented at the dashboard
- Submitting the own response under the relevant user comment
- a similar scenario for sharing or resharing.
