In shared and support-heavy Jira projects, it’s often unclear who is speaking and in what role. Comment Signatures were created to bring clarity, accountability, and professionalism to everyday Jira communication.

What it does

Comment Signatures for Jira automatically adds customizable signatures to comments.
Signatures can be applied globally or per project, helping teams instantly understand context — without changing how they already work.

How we built it

We built Comment Signatures as a lightweight Jira app using Atlassian Forge, with a strong focus on:
