Inspiration
We drew inspiration from age-old principles—barn raising, here in North America and Bayanihan from the Philippines, where a community comes together to support themselves.
What it does
Inspired by barn raising and Bayanihan, ComFinance fosters a sense of community support beyond transactions, ensuring no one faces their financial journey alone. Our platform connects individuals and communities, allowing them to pool resources and support each other financially.
How we built it
Frontend: The client side was built using NextJs Backend: Developed using NodeJs API Service: REST API Smart Contracts: Written in solidity Simulation: Ganache and Truffle Chain: Avalanche Tooling: Hardhat Payout Model: The position selection and payout was implemented using Chainlink Verifiable Random Functions (VRFs)
