Feedback made easy

Inspiration

What inspired me to come up with this idea is knowing how powerful feedback can be and how amazing it would feel to actually see your feedback about a product or service be integrated and reflected the next time you buy that product or use that service. Feedback is sometimes annoying, especially when you don't get to be selective about the products and/or services you want to review. With this app, the customer can choose which products and or services they want to improve, allowing for more honest feedback.

What it does

The app asks the user whether they are a customer or company. The user then logs in and can choose to either start making surveys if they are a company or, if the user is a customer, go through a list of companies and favorite them to create a feed that includes only surveys from those favorited companies. The company can then start receiving real time data from the customer surveys to evaluate their products and services and make them better for the customers. They also get information on areas of improvement directly from the customer surveys to implement new changes to products and services.

How we built it

Made a prototype using Figma.

Challenges we ran into

Not enough time to build an actual app and minimal knowledge of Figma.

I was able to make a simple prototype to visually explain the idea.
