Inspiration
This project was inspired by the browser extension Stylus, which allows you to apply custom CSS to websites. I couldn't find an easy way to generate these CSS files
What it does
Extracts all the CSS from the website, finds just the colours, then presents them to be viewed or modified by the user. The user can then export the changes into a .css format Stylus can use
How I built it
React on the front end with Node.js on the back end
Challenges I ran into
We had no experience with React before this project, so learning it in such a short timeframe was a challenge
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
The automatically updating colours
What I learned
React.
What's next for Colour Scraper
