Color and face recognition with OpenCV

Inspiration

Love for all things Touhou Project

What it does

Detects faces and matches colors of the characters to the colors of the persons shirt and plays music based on the characters theme songs from the game

How we built it

Using libraries in python such as OpenCV, os.system, and color thief to create our project.

Challenges we ran into

Challenges were getting OpenCV to overlay images on the window and trying to use an API

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Proud of being able to work as a team and build a semi-working program

What we learned

We each came into it with different levels of skill and background knowledge but we all learned new things about Python and coding

What's next for Color and face recognition with OpenCV

Getting it to work fully and implement more characters in the dataframe
