Pyvision Gesture

Inspiration

None, Ales just came up with this idea on the spot, and we just went with it, no questions asked.

What it does

Run the code, enroll a sequence of gestures you want to use to open a specific file on your device, and use those gestures to open that file.

How we built it

Vibe coded the heck out of it using the Chat agent feature on VSCode.

Challenges we ran into

We initially considered making a sort of screen time password app, or an app locking program where the user had to use a sequence of hand signs as a password to unlock the app. We realized that we can't actually lock a user out of an app. We don't have that sort of permission on a device... Changed the plan.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The thing works... Just that is enough to make us happy.

What we learned

Vibe coding is very convenient, but not a good way to learn. It does however, let us be more creative with the sort of projects we would be able to accomplish.

We don't know; we didn't know each other before this event. It was fun though :3
