Inspiration

As a first-generation student, I find that having a place to track down financial expenses can be extremely useful.

What it does

This website intends on doing just that. I made it specifically to assist college students. More specifically, it includes a student loan calculator which calculates monthly payments and an expense tracker to help track money spent.

How we built it

I used HTML, CSS, and bootstrap to help design the front-end of the webpage and used python and javascript to help run the back-end.

Challenges we ran into

I'm still new to using flask, but I figured out how I was able to implement it to my website.

What we learned

This was my first time using javascript, so it was interesting how I was able to use it to add rows in the expense tracker.
