Inspiration

We attend a public university that is diverse in many aspects including income. any students on our college campuses do not have a lot of money for food, clothes or books. We were inspired by the Brooklyn College student government president who initiated a clothing exchange where students were able to give away or pick up clothes. In addition, members of our team host various events on campus, and there is often extra food that just goes to waste. We decided to create a platform that allows students to give away food, clothes and books to students who need it.

What it does

College Grabz is a website where students can post items that they want to give away free of charge.
