We initially attempted to make a different project using tools and APIs we were completely unfamiliar with. When we realized we wouldn't finish in time, we switched to making simple web games to practice our web development skills, since we hadn't build anything on the web in years.

Inspiration

Our inspiration was to work on something that we could manage in the time we had left at the hackathon as well as to practice our web development skills such as using javascript to create more interactive websites.

What it does

There is a main html page which contains a collection of buttons that link to the various of simple web games that we built over the hackathon.

How we built it

We built this project using the most basic web tools: HTML, CSS, and javascript. This way, we were able to practice these languages again in case we want to further build more interactive websites in the future using frameworks or additional tools.

Challenges we ran into

We initially attempted to make a chrome extension, which we made progress on, but were not even going to be remotely close to finishing by the deadline. So we transitioned to practicing our web development skills instead.
