Inspiration :Our main Inspiration is seeing the prevalent condition of blue collar workers mainly in the construction field , when we see them everyday at the sites , struggling for the job , which is not stable as the contractor may or may not hire them .As “ Necessity is the MOTHER of invention “ , we see the daily problem of these workers who are always in search of a job not having a stable income . We have come up with this idea of being a bridge between both the parties , hence benefiting both .It’s a win-win situation , as there is a job security for the blue collar workers and the contractors don't have to worry about getting the workers on time & making both ends meet .

The idea represents a forward-thinking approach, technology to make meaningful strides in the lives of blue-collar workers and the industries that rely on them , fulfilling worker shortages .

What it does :

Empowerment of Blue-Collar employees towards a bright future of regular income .
Job Security for Blue-Collar employees and quality workmanship .
Efficiency for Contractors , eliminating worker shortages.
Improved Communication between contractor and blue collar employees.

How we built it :

The robust mobile application was built on Flutter leveraging the widget system for cross platform
experience making it a stand alone application across many platforms such as Android, IOS,
  Desktop and Web.

Challenges we ran into :

The main challenges we faced in development was solving many errors and bugs, figuring out
different functions and features, working with VCS(version control system),branching and merging
in GitHub repos and working with different firebase API's.

Accomplishments that we're proud of :

With a strong command on Flutter ,a strong hold on crud operations and making and fetching of API's are a few accomplishments we can be proud of.

What we learned :We have developed insights how to analyze the market and solve daily problems to make lives easy

What's next for CollarLink :Ready to be tested
