Collaborative text on different hosts
Inspiration
A collaborative platform that updates state of web app as soon as it get updated at single rooted place. A whiteboard was a perfect matching for learning and implementing this thing.
What it does
It provides a platform to write which can be visible everywhere its being used.
How we built it
Its built using react , node and web sockets.
Challenges we ran into
challenge was to make such connections such that similar content written just now can be visible everywhere. Which was implemented finally using web-socket.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I' proud of creating such collaborative platform using socket connections.
What we learned
I learned web socket from scratch for this project.
What's next for Collaborative Whiteboard
It can be expanded by providing a rich text editor, saving written documents etc.
