InspirationAny travel has a beginning.

In our case, it was the Synthax Team. We were spectators of them, ardent, ruthless, relentlessly inventive. However, in the background, they had a challenge to continue experiencing: Finding sponsors. Not for a week. Not for a month. But for six whole months. They contacted, made offers, made calls, got invitations, waited, prayed, made new attempts six months long, and they had been doing their best at planning their events and ideas. and it is at this point that something struck us. Even Synthax, with its talent, had such difficulties... Does knowing how many other people must be going through the same thing? Creators. Event organizers. Small brands. Anyone who wants to partner, develop or expand. Thousands of individuals were not able to get out due to the shortage of talent - but since there is a break in discoverability.

What it does

COLLAB HUB is a platform based on AI that is meant to connect influencers, brands, and event organizers in real-time. Our platform carries out discovery automatically instead of leaving our guests, sponsors, or creators to search months to get sponsors. The users can use our smart matching engine to: Select the proper influencers in the brand campaigns. Identify sponsors and celebrities to attend the events. Create smart business profiles. Individualized recommendations. Control partnerships using a sleek and contemporary dashboard. COLLAB HUB has eliminated the frustration of scrolling, guessing, and waiting - and introduced blistering automated matching.

How we built it

We built COLLAB HUB using: Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Firebase as a backend, an authentication system, and a database. AI-based matching logic based on real-life collaboration problems. Accessibility on responsive design. We collaborated in designing the UI, structuring the flow, and fusing Firebase services and led to the development of the logic of our recommendation system.

Challenges we ran into

Our biggest challenge was: Page Redirection We also had problems with connecting pages and redirection of the sections. Navigation between various HTML pages and ensuring Firebase hosting URLs were correct required time. We kept running into: Broken links Pages not loading The problems with inappropriately scrolling sections. It was later resolved with the help of good routing, anchor linking and clean structuring of files.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're especially proud of: Creating a visually insane, futuristic UI would require developing it. The dashboard could be cleaned and made modern. Successful implementation of Firebase. Making an amateur idea a career platform. Developing a tool that practically addresses a problem that we encountered in real life.

What we learned

During the trip, we got to know: The difficulty of real world discovery by its creators and organizers. Integration of Firebase with front end technologies. Meaning of how to design a scalable web app. Strategizing the best way of creating smooth transitions and animations. The role of UI/UX in building trust in people on your platform. That little issues (such as redirection) can consume hours should they not be planned well.

What's next for COLLAB HUB

We're planning to add: AI recommendation based on profile metrics that is totally automated. Influencer and brand analytics dashboard. Team communication within the platform. AI-generated automatic sponsorship proposals. Handling of payments and contract. Mobile application version based on Flutter or React native. Our long-term goal: Become the best creator-brand event discovery in India. AI-We Used We combined various potent tools in order to make Collab Hub a reality in a manner that would make our platform creative and reliable at the same time. We generated images through AI, which has given us access to clean and modern images that fit our brand without having to hire the services of an external designer. To create interactive elements of the UI such as buttons, we used GPT which assisted us in building smooth, polished elements within very short durations. The syntax refinement and our color palette were facilitated by GitHub Copilot that assisted us to keep our code clean, minimize syntax errors, and facilitated the development. Lastly, Firebase provided us with a secure online backend server and real time data management which also included an easy integration of further features such as authentication and cloud storage. All of these tools contributed to the creation of a fast, visually impressive, and AI-enhanced platform within a limited time.
