Inspiration

My cousin Colin and I enjoy building apps over our vacation. Last year we built a coin flip web app that you could install to your phone (https://colincoinapp.github.io/)

This year we set our sights higher with and Alexa skill to teach people their manners

What it does

A trivia game to help folks learn their manners.

How I built it

We built this using one of Amazon's Alexa templates. We used lambda functions running in Matt's Aws subscription.

Challenges I ran into

Coming up with good questions and finding time to finish it up over the holidays.

What I learned

Colin learned some good programming concepts and how to make a cool icon. He also did a bunch of work figuring out questions and making our video.

What's next for Colin's manners trivia

We don't know. Talk to us in July of this year for summer vacation!
