Inspiration

We all are interested in finance, so we wanted to tie in budget to our project

What it does

It shows how historical trends carried on to modern time and how there is a current correlation going on with politics and budget for NASA

How we built it

We cleaned our dataset and merged it with an external one, then filtered it to be used for visualizations and also did a t-test for correlation

Challenges we ran into

We had a hard time trying to find out how this matters in the real world and the future implications

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud of how we were able to get successful and meaningful results

What we learned

We learned that politics still directly affect NASA's budget and how women are no longer marginalized in the tech workforce at least at NASA

What's next for Cold War Politics and Nasa Gender Barriers

What is next is to see if an upcoming war/political event matches our hypothesis based on our findings for NASA's budget
