Inspiration

We wanted to create a different project that would challenge ourselves and, rather than doing something we were already familiar with and good at, would attract people's attention when they see it in the market once the project is built.

What it does

Our project is a single-player multiplayer game played from a god-like perspective, where we guide the character using our voice and clear obstacles from their path with our hands. We help the character using both our voice and hands.

How we built it

Our 4-person team, consisting of 2 developers and 2 artists, completely separated the mechanics and visual aspects, and quickly began building the project.

Challenges we ran into

The issue with the AI service was resolved by our mentors. Beyond that, we only faced time-related challenges as we continued to develop our idea and strive for more.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I’m very happy with the unique mechanic we created and the artistic elements that matched our vision. Aside from that, our teamwork during the challenges we faced made us proud.

What's next for CoLabyrinth

In the next stages, we will expand the puzzle's scope with portal mechanics and add challenging mechanics that will excite the user, integrating voice commands. We plan to introduce additional mechanics requiring simultaneous use of time control, sound, and hand movements, while creating puzzles set on floating islands in the art design.
