Inspiration
The BCAT or Buffalo Center for Arts and Technology (BCAT) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and enriching the lives of both youth and adults in underserved communities. BCAT provides education, arts, and workforce development programs aimed at fostering personal growth and offering practical skills to improve opportunities for participants. We were given the opportunity to interact with the representatives of BCAT after which we were made aware of the several challenges already prevailing, as well as the new ones which arose after their recent move. This project aims to assist BCAT employees along with the youth and adults who join their programs to better manage the organization and collaborate together.
