Coffee is often what helps the doctors and nurses go through the grueling 24-hour shifts. There is a great demand for coffee in hospitals. I saw posts on social media where the healthcare workers were asking for a bulk discount because they always run out of the coffee and often can't afford to buy such quantities.

At the same time, closed down cafes are struggling to find customers. There were some initiatives to provide coffee and food for healthcare workers for free, but it is not sustainable.

People want to show appreciation for the health workers. Let's allow people to make a donation and to buy them a cup of coffee as a token and a symbol of appreciation.

Imagine streams of coffee flooding the hospitals. The doctors and nurses will see with their own eyes and tastebuds that the public is supporting them.

What it does

A regular person can use our app to "buy a coffee" for 1 euro for a healthcare worker as a token of appreciation. We will give this money to local cafes who will then arrange the delivery of coffee to the hospitals.

Eventually, we can support donating food, which might be even more useful.

The idea because it's simple and easily understandable. It has a limited scope, so we can craft clever marketing around the coffee theme.
