Inspiration
Generating good leads is hard but important. We need to find a way to make this process more streamlined, faster and easier. Emails are the primary way sales contacts and develops relationships with their potential clients. However, there can be thousands of these emails. This takes precious time and energy away from sales engineers to respond to these emails. Sometime customers can also be left hanging for months.
What it does
We created a layer that sits on top of your CRM. Currently, it goes through emails to an account you are connected to and checks for any new messages. If scores this with a relevancy score because sometimes you can get irrelevant or scam emails. If you choose to investigate this message further, it will reveal the message content and Mistral's generated response to the email. Mistral also determines if this person is a "lead", "opportunity", or "churn". It also intelligently extracts potential client interests and stores them in a CRM json that is connected to your CRM (we are also CRM agnostic!). Finally, if the sales engineer changes the response to fit more to their liking, the new response gets stored into a JSONL file for finetuning the model later so that it is self improving.
What's next for Coffee
We can do so much with automating CRMs. I would like to investigate custom generated interactable forms and surveys that are embedded into these emails.
