Inspiration

Even though there are talented programmers all over the world, most programming languages and resources are in English. I wanted to create a game to help non-native-English-speaking programmers gain familiarity with the English programming terms they may encounter.

What it does

A multi-language game that prompts the user to guess a programming related term every day. Users can select to guess the term in a variety of languages simultaneously. In addition, the game also provides short introductions to the meaning of each programming-related term.

How we built it

How to build a web app with react, how to efficiently divide up classes, how to look for helpful tutorials on the internet.

What's next for Codle

I want to better incorporate the Google Translate API to support many more languages.
