Executive Summary Strategic alignment for Codex × TwitchCon 2026

LLM_agent_suite is a proposed modular AI workspace for coordinating compatible models, specialised agents, reusable tools, functions, favourites, workflows, analytics, evaluation, and governance. For the Codex × TwitchCon Hackathon, the strongest strategy is to translate that broader platform vision into one focused, interactive Twitch experience with a clear audience benefit.

This declaration proposes CrowdCanvas Live: a Twitch-connected overlay and streamer control panel where viewers contribute ideas or votes through chat, the system organises those contributions into a bounded community challenge, and the streamer approves what appears on stream. The prototype makes participation easy to understand and fun to watch, while preserving streamer control and keeping AI-generated content visibly reviewable.

Key Strategic Points • STRATEGIC DECISION: Do not attempt to ship all 10,000 planned catalogue entries, every provider adapter, and a full XR/VR environment for this hackathon. Deliver one memorable, reliable Twitch workflow first. Treat 10,000 as a future catalogue-planning ambition—not as a claim of implemented tools. • Build a new, clearly scoped Twitch-facing project that directly connects to Twitch chat, EventSub, the Twitch API, an Extension, or an overlay. • Use OpenAI Codex during the official submission period and retain the Codex session ID for the main build thread. • Prioritise one end-to-end community loop: viewer contribution → safe aggregation → streamer approval → live overlay result → recap/metrics. • Keep Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Meta/XR/VR, vision-language features, and the 10,000-entry catalogue as governed architecture roadmap. • Measure the judging dimensions explicitly: innovation, potential impact, technological implementation, and design.
