Codestellation 2016 Skypenet Happy

•

  Cheeky bot

Inspiration

We wanted to build something with a little bit of AI that could produce text, audio, and some 3d images. We thought the project would be cool and did not know of any existing equivalents.

What it does

A skype call bot that talks cheekily to users.

How we built it

Lots of guesswork and integration

Challenges we ran into

API bugs galore. Deprecated APIs. Thinking features in a demo would be available to devs

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We have a thing that works and, so far as we know, does not exist elsewhere.

What we learned

Lots of stuff about program and hardware/software integration. We also learned to never trust Microsoft.

What's next for Codestellation 2016 Skypenet Happy

3d models! Stronger, Smarter AI! A more smooth user experience!
