Inspiration
Being a team of people who have background of being around those with Autism and ADHD, we wanted to build a website that would benefit them and their day to day life
What it does
What it does it creates a platform where you can journal and talk about your day and make reminders about stuff you need to do and what you did in the following days in refence if you are interested in wat you did prior or any ideas that might have been overshot when being overtimulated
How we built it
We built out website using a React Template and github to reference CSS designs, function, and formats, along with some help from stack overflow for debugging
Challenges we ran into
- some challenges we faces were getting the form completely setup, Getting the css assets to blend together and stop overlapping, getting the form history to stop saving as a txt file instead of displaying, and trying to get the Medical location and for submission site together because the application rom the journal didn't transfer well to the medical form. ## Accomplishments that we're proud of IT works, we are proud of that we were able to trouble shoot most of out problem, found repos that had the exact design we want to copy along with the functions too
What we learned
- we learned that not all copy and pasted code can just fit in in work , we had to make our own personal changes to the website that would allow us to fit in all the styles we wanted ## What's next for CodeRidge_ADHD Maybe the next step is learning how to integrate a map of the nearest medical center or maybe creating a small zen section to help with overstimulation.
