Inspiration: building something from scratch as a beginner which will be used for years to come as well as give back to the CodeQueen community for the opportunity to learn code

What it does: automatic self registration of students and alumni, track their progress and stages of success during the boot camp, give access to career opportunities for registered users, as well as grant fast access to required information for the CodeQueen administration.

How I built it: used HTML and CSS to build and design the front-end code as well as JavaScript to make the pages responsive. The back-end code I used JavaScript to create a database for storing and retrieving registered users information, their progress as uploaded by the CodeQueen administration in the system. The team was also assigned tasks to do the work faster and focus on the most important features in the system.

Challenges I ran into: remote working stations which made collaboration hard, network and electricity issues during team calls made collaboration difficult

Accomplishments that I'm proud of: finishing all the assigned important features of the system and finishing the front-end code.

What I learned: backend code is more technical than frontend code, team work is easily accomplished with a lot of communication and co-operation.

What's next for CodeQueen tracking System: building an employer dashboard within the system, finishing all the back-end code and connecting the front-end code to the back-end
