Incorporates information from a variety of sources, including CMHC market data, Jadco's publicly available floor plans and unit information, and the unit data we were initially provided with. Estimates projected rent increases.

Data hosted on Google Cloud buckets Python scripts run in Google Cloud console

Walk score API has no public-facing/free historical data
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Accuracy within 1% for every year from 2020 to 2025, using only data from prior to the year in question
Future improvements
Walk score data Include Jadco's upcoming developments (Halles d'Anjou, Montfort)
