CodeGraph — See Your Codebase, Not Just Read It Every Python/Django project accumulates hidden structure over time: functions nobody calls anymore, files quietly importing each other in circles, views wired to URLs three layers deep. CodeGraph makes that structure visible. Upload a zip of any Python codebase (or try the built-in sample), and CodeGraph parses it with Python's own AST — no external services, no black-box magic — and renders it as an interactive knowledge graph. Files, classes, models, views, functions, and methods appear as nodes; imports, calls, inheritance, and URL routing appear as edges you can filter, search, and click through. Beyond visualization, CodeGraph actively flags problems: dead code candidates nothing else references, and circular imports lurking in your dependency graph. It's built with Django and vanilla JavaScript (vis-network), designed to turn an abstract mental model of "how this project fits together" into something you can actually see and explore.
