Post-submission maintenance update

CodeGnosis’s submitted Build Week baseline has been preserved while development continues separately.
Since submission, we repaired false positives in HTML and CSS path resolution, added Svelte recognition, classified excluded vendor dependencies correctly, added regression coverage, and verified the backend and frontend test suites.
The goal remains the same: one truthful, evidence-bearing model that helps humans and AI understand a codebase together.
