Inspiration
Basically seeing today’s era of hazardous conditions of Water, Environment, Health issues, etc. we were truly inspired and integrated ourselves to come with a proper & perfect solution to these problems so that even the local(especially village people) can also easily register their complaints and get their problems solved.
What it does
A web/app based solution for all the local(community people) to directly lodge their respective complaints in the respective departments of their locality which will be directly forwarded to the Governing authorities of that location and a proper response with the assurance that the problem will be solved within a short span of time by the respective authorities.
How we built it
using technology stack:- Php for the backend. Html/CSS/JS for the frontend. Mysql for the database. Smartsup messenger for chat service
Challenges we ran into
different obstacles related to smtp mail service

Completing the blueprint of the project within the given span of time.
What we learned
We learned a lot, to be more specific we learned to use email gateway,database connections,hosting the site,etc.

To get a chance to implement our designed project in a large scale.
