This is a webapp shippable to any mobile device, an app that allows people to compete with others by coding AIs to race. These AIs will be pitted against each other to see which is the best AI. This process can be continued - learning of challenges, coding AI, competing, and repeating. This app will use its gameplay mechanics to teach coding mainly in javascript, but will also support other languages.
