AI Study Companion was inspired by how overwhelming studying can feel when notes, lectures, and practice materials are scattered. I wanted to build one smart system that supports the full learning cycle — from capturing lecture content to testing understanding.
I built a platform that transcribes lectures, generates structured notes, creates flashcards and quizzes, and offers an AI tutor for explanations. The biggest challenge was connecting all features into a smooth workflow so content from one step (like a lecture) could power the next (notes, flashcards, quizzes).
Through this project, we learned how to design AI features that are not just impressive individually, but truly helpful when combined into a student-focused study system.
