Inspiration
We were inspired by Letterboxd, and app that is known to connect people through film. Our website has the same idea and strives to join people of like minded taste together.
What it does
It allows you to share music, rate it, and make reviews.
How we built it
We used a React front end for the interactive user experience and connected that to a flask/python backend that communicated with a supabase DB. We utilized spotify's developer API to extract user data in order to get song data to use in our app.
Challenges we ran into
We ran into a lot of challenges using git but were able to perservere and overcome.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We're proud that we were able to work together as a team in order to achieve our goal.
