Demo Summary for Cloudflare Hackathon (03/22/2025):

We're showcasing a multimodal AI agent that autonomously handles high-risk financial tasks—specifically, automating B2B invoicing. The demo, titled “MCP Invoice,” demonstrates how AI agents can dramatically reduce costs and processing time while improving cash flow (80% cost reduction per invoice, 75% faster processing, and 50% reduction in DSO).

Key Points:

Problem: Manual invoicing is slow, expensive, and error-prone, especially with sensitive financial data.

Solution: AI agents automate the process, enabling secure, high-velocity transactions using our trusted MCP server and browser integration.

Technical Approach:

Use a browser-based MCP server (with SSE) for credit card processing, adopting windsurf for using SSE, handle confidential information with secure, confidential computing.

Engineering Tasks:

Prompt engineering to enable the AI agent to manage credit card transactions.

Frontend updates to insert credit card info via a dashboard modal.

Modify the Docker container to include credit card credentials and extend the system prompt accordingly.

This demo illustrates how advanced AI agents can address complex, real-world enterprise challenges in financial applications by automating high-risk, high-velocity invoicing processes securely.
