Inspiration

We believe coaching should be accessible, personal, and always available — not limited by time zones, income levels, or calendars. But existing coaching platforms are either built for enterprises or focus solely on the coach. We imagined something different:

What if you could actually meet your AI Coach?
CoachBridge is the result — a platform where coaches can scale themselves through digital twins, and coachees can access personalised guidance anytime, powered by both AI and human wisdom.

What it does

CoachBridge is an AI-powered coaching platform that supports:


  • Coaches: Create digital twins, manage bookings, earn from live sessions or asynchronous AI coaching, all in one place.

  • Coachees: Connect with AI mentors, human coaches, or hybrid combinations. Get 24/7 coaching support in multiple languages.



Coaches subscribe for $79/month; coachees start from $25/month — making it scalable, inclusive, and easy to access from anywhere.

How we built it

CoachBridge was built on Bolt, with integrations including:


  • ElevenLabs: To create AI voice personas that feel personal and trustworthy.

  • Tavus: To develop scalable video-based digital twins of real coaches.

  • Custom AI flows: Powered by structured coaching models (GROW, SCARF, SMART) and custom-built knowledge bases per persona.

  • We also created a coach-facing dashboard, a coachee journey with onboarding logic, and persona-specific micro-content.

Challenges we ran into

  • We underestimated the scope of development — initially attempting to build solo, before calling in our amazing teammate Ben, who took the build to the next level.

  • Design was a bottleneck until Thomas joined and helped us bring the vision to life.

  • Creating AI coaches that felt real, not robotic, required us to build deep knowledge bases and UX logic from scratch.

  • Staying within a 3-minute video constraint while showing a multi-sided platform was also tough!

Accomplishments that we're proud of:

  • We created a working platform demo in under a week, with real coaching flows, a human-AI Guide, and Growth Coach Sam fully live and interactive.

  • Our Hackathon Coach, Tariq, helped us stay on track — yes, we used our own AI to support us through the Hackathon!

  • We blended tech, humanity, and real coaching knowledge into something people can feel — not just test.

What we learned:

  • Building a great AI product isn’t about prompts - it’s about personality, structure, emotional connection, and real use cases.
  • The future of coaching is not either AI or human — it’s human + AI, each enhancing the other.

  • And finally: even AI coaches can’t replace a great team. 🚀

What's next for CoachBridge:

  • Launching pilots with real coaches and their clients

  • Expanding our AI persona library (Growth, Career Change, Resilience, etc.)

  • Partnering with universities, charitable foundations, and enterprises to reach broader populations such as helping Emirati Youth with their career progression
  • Scaling the knowledge base engine to allow coaches to co-create their twins at scale
  • Integrating the AI Coach Personas into the AI Guide Coach so a Coachee will automatically be put through to the most relevant coach during their first call
  • Adding languages such as Tagalog, Urdu, Hindi and so we can better reach more of the local population.

And yes — we’re building our first 1,000 paying users as we speak!
