Strengthening of FATA Tribunal

Objective of Case Management Information System to automate case processing procedures of the Tribunal CMIS has catered for complete court Automation including Case Institution process, hearing, Bench formation, Decisions, Cases Library and Generation of Cause Lists Limited secure access to information about the cases status made available to litigants through website of the Tribunal Alerts for Litigants & Lawyers through SMS, reducing effort and cost borne by litigants. Case record available to tribunal staff on single click, providing quick information to litigants on status of Cases & dates. Scope limited to FATA Tribunal only CMIS will be rolled out to APA courts in Agencies . Main Audience of CMIS is FATA
