Inspiration: In our school there are over 70 clubs and sports that many students want to join. However due to the lack of communication many students don't show up to many meeting and are forced to miss the opportunity to join the club or sport. Our website has every club on one platform on which the club administrators would join as well as the students. The administrators would post anything regarding their club and the students would be able to "follow" a club and therefore see any posts the admins make.
Challenges I ran into: We built this website using HTML, JavaScript and CSS. One of our biggest challenge was learning how to code bootstrap and the many minor errors such as mismatching s.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of: We are extremely proud that we have created a website that is connected with a database(Firebase) that can truly help ordinary high school students like us.
What I learned: We learned that the smallest errors can lead to massive problems.
What's next for ClubLife: We plan to add many more features to this website such as an interactive calendar, RSVP, and a notification system. We also want to push this concept to the app form and contact local schools and integrate our website into the school system. We believe that our website has the potential to revolutionize all students lives.
