Our Journey with ClubHub

Inspiration

We noticed that PPMK members and clubs often rely on KakaoTalk, Google Forms, and other scattered platforms. Important updates get lost, registrations are messy, and finances are hard to track. This inspired us to create ClubHub, a single app to unite everything.

What We Learned

We learned how important it is to have:

• One central place for updates and events.
  
• Different roles and permissions for members, club HICOM, and PPMK HICOM.
  
• Feedback systems to make communication easier and more open.
  

How We Built It

We designed ClubHub with these key features:

• Announcements & Events: Club HICOMs post updates, members RSVP.
  
• Registration: Students apply to join clubs directly in the app.
  
• Finance: Club HICOMs send budget requests to PPMK, which can be approved or rejected.
  
• Feedback: Anonymous feedback forms and suggestion boxes.
  

Challenges

• Combining so many features without making the app confusing.
  
• Managing permissions for different roles.
  
• Limited time to put everything together.
  
• Using ChatAndBuild was quite difficult

Conclusion

ClubHub makes student life simpler by bringing announcements, events, registration, and finances into one platform. It helps connect everyone digitally, making PPMK stronger and more organized.
