Inspiration

As the president of a school club that nobody knew about (one I didn't even know existed until I became President), I wanted to make sure that students CUNY-wide would never have to endure such trials.

What it does

Allows users to search by school or by category to find school clubs they might like, AND let's them join with the touch of a button.

How I built it

Blood sweat and tears. Having an incredible team helped, and we used ASP.NET and PHP/CSS/HTML. We also made a working Android app for it.

Challenges we ran into

Getting the front and backends to play nice.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Figuring out how to get the front and back end to play nice, and creating a really nice website template.

What I learned

Bite off more than you can chew, sometimes. Sometimes, you grow.

What's next for Club Discovery

I want to perfect this app and website and see it implemented.
