Meetings by Cloudcoach is an innovative application for managing meetings and follow up. Meetings are something that we all attend everyday but more often than not they are inefficient and time spent in meetings is wasted time. Worse still, we still manage meetings like it’s the 1960’s without leveraging technological advances that are available to us, until now with Cloudcoach.

With this application we let you create meetings, invite attendees, capture minutes and track action items to completion, all in a simple to use interface. No more chasing for meeting minutes everything is now available in real time from anywhere on your iPad.

We also add some time saving new twists to meetings like being able to give feedback and rate effectiveness of the meeting, along with ‘1 touch’ follow up on outstanding action items.

Better still the application is totally tied into the Salesforce platform so meetings can be linked to CRM objects like Opportunities, partners and customers can be invited to participate via communities and all the conversation around a meeting can be captured in chatter.
