Inspiration

In the COVID - 19 time, we found it difficult to ask teachers questions, so we decided to create an app to solve all of these problems.

What it does

Students can upload Images to the App to get a hint and a solution from the question uploaded

How we built it

We used Python for the backend, Flutter for the frontend, and JSON for the database. We integrated the Google Vision API for image to text recognition.

Challenges we ran into

We could not figure out how to fix a camera error we were getting but finally, we managed to fix it by changing the settings.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Used Flutter for the first time and we were able to integrate camera, rest API and we figured out the Google Vision API and learned a lot about it.

What we learned

We learned a lot about flutter as the language was new to us and we also learned how to make our own API for flutter to access.

What's next for Cloud Teacher - Team M.A.T

Teachers can upload solutions and hints directly to the APP, Recognition of specific keywords from the questions to return the most similar result, and make a better UI for the user.
