Inspiration
I wanted to create something useful that helps doctors give the right medicine based on a person’s genes.
What it does
It predicts how well Clopidogrel, a blood thinner, will work for a patient using their genetic info and health data.
How I built it
I used Python and Gradio to build a simple app with AI integration to analyze patient info.
Challenges I ran into
Understanding the genetics behind the drug and making the app user-friendly were the hardest parts.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
As a beginner, I built a functional tool that can support personalized medicine decisions.
What I learned
I improved my coding skills and learned a lot about genetics and medicine.
What's next for ClopidGenAI
I plan to add more drugs and features to help even more patients get the right treatment.
