  Explanation

Inspiration

We were inspired to create this app because we have had trouble dressing appropriately for the weather. We thought that CLO:THING would be a great help to everyone including us so that everyone can dress perfectly for the weather.

What it does

CLO:THING will give you clothing recommendations that are appropriate for the weather. Apart from that, CLO:THING can also help you find the right size of clothes in various stores. As long as you input your measurements in CLO:THING, no matter where you shop, CLO:THING will be able to tell you what size you should buy. Additionally, if you input the clothes you already have, CLO:THING will be able to create a digital wardrobe that you can use when shopping to see if your new clothing will pair with any of the clothes you have at home.

How we built it

We first brainstormed ideas and wrote notes using FigJam, then once we sorted out the details, put together the prototype in Figma.

Challenges we ran into

It was our first time using Figma, and learning a new web application always takes time. However, we worked together to figure out what we needed for our project, and what we needed to learn in order to get to our final product.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud to have designed and created a prototype for our app CLO:THING using Figma, a new interface that we have never used before. Moreover, we felt that we came up with an application that would genuinely be useful to us and to everyone who may have encountered similar problems.

What we learned

We learned how to use Figma for the first time. We also brainstormed and designed a prototype for an application, something which we've never done before.

What's next for CLO:THING

The next step for CLO:THING would be to actually code and implement the app to see it in action. The different features for the app can also be expanded and developed further to make CLO:THING more convenient and functional as a whole.
