Inspiration
We were inspired by the capability of MiniMax to generate realistic renderings of real-life concepts, and we wanted to bring that value to the teams that need it the most.
What it does
ClipPilot helps marketing teams securely create ad campaigns and iterate on them with coworkers.
How we built it
We built a LlamaIndex ReAct agent that calls the MiniMax MCP server to generate content based on the user's campaign, allowing only users authenticated through Stytch to access the agent and the produced content.
Challenges we ran into
Some initial challenges were designing a useful UI, after which we ran into the challenge of connecting the LlamaIndex agent to the MiniMax MCP server and reliably returning the generated content.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We're proud of getting the key features working given our limited manpower and time constraints.
What we learned
We learned that setting up S3/RDS isn't as trivial as originally thought, and we learned a lot about setting up Stytch, MiniMax MCP, and a LlamaIndex ReAct agent.
What's next for ClipPilot
We're going to add a refreshed UI, enhanced video generation, evals of deployed ad campaigns, and a working end-to-end marketing campaign workflow.
