Inspiration

Motivation comes from seeing that current similar projects could have much better UX and past 7 years have built other successful crypto business (paxful.com) with more than 7 million registered users so the understanding of what mainstream user wants is pretty clear now.

What it does

DeFi savings account with 20%+ APY on major blockchains including Solana. For end user, only single deposit of asset is required and Clip does the rest that is picking proper yield farming strategies, showing complete transparency of where the money is allocated.

How we built it

This concept is more like Lido or Uniswap project where only 1 field and 1 CTA button and not some yield aggregators with their complex dashboards, deciding between tens of strategies just to impress other degens. Instead, Clip is for the next non-DeFi people who "are into crypto" but don't have time to research DeFi, yield farming and just want to put aside their crypto to grow it.
