Inspiration
This project was inspired by the recent severe heat waves that California has been experiencing caused by climate change.

The project aims to educate children about the consequences of climate change.
How we built it
Pygame was the Python library that was used to create this game.
Challenges we ran into
During its development, we often faced issues with properly drawing images to the screen. The time and deadline for the project also posed a challenge.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We're proud of the way the sprites, backgrounds, and the game overall were designed.
What we learned
This game further taught us the fundamentals of Pygame and design.
What's next for Climate Change Game
In the future, a sequel to the Climate Change Game could be developed that would teach children ways to prevent climate change.
