Inspiration

We not only address the problem of climate change, but also the lack of specific and formatted data present on certain climate change events. We believe that forming specific and large datasets on certain climate change events will motivate data analysts, programmers, and more to use our data for their own research purposes, hence spreading awareness on this urgent catastrophe.

What it does

Our solution is a application that displays a map with markers of locations being affected by global warming. A user can contribute to the map and dataset by submitting their research, which they will be credited for. We are building a large dataset of locations being affected by climate change, which will be open to the public.
