Inspiration

I have always dreamt of a world where everyone feels good and every sick is healed. This dream inspired me to create CliMa as a driver to the ideal state.

What it does

CliMa is a clinic management system that will help hospitals and clinics to manage patients, doctors, appointments between them, medical reports of diagnosis and treatment as well as billings.

How we built it

I built CliMa by using a python framework called Django for the Backend, HTML, and CSS for the front, and also MYSQL for the database part.

Challenges we ran into

In the first days, I ran into a problem with slow internet which made it harder to install different needed packages. Also, the problem of lack of time was crucial since I am a student and I had to balance all school and class activities with project development which was not easy

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud that I became able to run Django for the first time while working on the project and I managed to complete it successfully. I am also proud of myself for being able to manage my limited time to build the project without compromising other school activities

What we learned

As I mentioned I learned Python Framework Django and time management skills.

What's next for CliMa

CliMa's next step is to advance to use of AI in providing personalized recommendations for patients after analyzing the results of their diagnosis and even the symptoms they have. It will also help management easily by automating some tasks. CliMa will then be deployed and start its use in targeted industries which is hospitals and clinics as well as dispensaries
