Inspiration

The comfort of accessing service providers and interacting with strangers around you while lying on the bed is the first inspiration behind Clif.

What it does

It uses gps, wifi and hotspot to determine your neighbours, their occupation and what they do. And it provide a chat interface to interact with strangers within your radius.

How I built it

With determination, i had to learn some programming skills to make this a reality. Had to invest my personal time, effort and money to achieve this dream project

Challenges I ran into

Technical challenges especially with instant message delivery, android oreo and pie adjustment to firebase for instant message delivery was a nightmare while implementing it. The most crazy challenge i have till now is publicity, with limited cash in my pocket, i couldnt publicize this beyond my friends and family limit.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Clif make me win the second prize of Accenture Software Exhibition in Lagos 2017. Clif made me connect with some high tech players in Lagos.

What I learned

I learnt perserverance, patience, determination, tenacity and lastly the technical expertise required to build not just an app but an app that functions like whatsapp.

What's next for Clif

Server Hosting plan, publicity and how its going to improve life and economy after its massive adoption.
