Client Dossier is a UGOS Skill for independent field technicians and small businesses who already think in multi-client expenses. Drop receipt photos and invoice PDFs into a NAS inbox. The Skill finds those files, extracts vendor / amount / date, asks for confirmation, organizes evidence into ClientName/YYYY-MM folders, tags them, and saves a weekly per-client knowledge summary—all on the AI NAS.
It is a local-first companion to multi-client expense workflows (inspired by how tools like Control de Gastos Pro group spending by client). It does not integrate with Google Play apps or Google Sheets APIs. Client spending evidence stays private on the NAS instead of cloud Drive.
Round 1 package: skill name client-dossier; official checker static-pass (0 errors / 0 warnings). Main flow: find inbox receipts → extract fields (optional photo OCR) → confirm plan → organize + tag → save weekly knowledge summary.
