Inspiration: I've always wanted to play this game. Since I was a kid playing cops and robbers and then MGS and Splinter Cell, COD, Ready or Not. Once I saw the possibility with FPS Enhanced Reality and then Spatial Ops I became addicted. I did contact Spatial Ops to see if they could add a glock model or some blood to their game, they said no for great reasons. I took it upon myself to create the experience that I've always wanted. Shoot bad guys in my space but not with kid guns or lasers, with real world weapons and gore and cool tech.

What it does: Click Clack is a tactical mixed reality shooter that turns your actual house into the battlefield. Real walls, real doors, real hallways, realistic guns, and enemies who come through your roof. The enemy is in your living room, stacking up on your real walls, kicking in a door you placed in your real hallway. The guns are fully manual: seated mags, charging handles, a pump you work by hand. And it does things no MR game has done before. Sniper scopes that zoom through the headset’s live passthrough camera, so you’re scoping your real street. Loadouts with perks. A map builder that lets you trace your whole house, stairs included, and enemies who actually use those stairs, you can build the maps in co-op. Breach mode, where helicopters drop troops through your ceiling, snipers and drones search for you. Up to four headsets in the same room, co-op or RED v BLUE, with no servers and no accounts. Eight modes, stackable map variants like FIRE, QUAKE, STORM and NIGHT.

How we built it: Vibe coded for about 2 years now. I was contacted by Meta and pretty much confirmed as the first vibe coder to create an XR game fully without any game dev knowledge.

Challenges we ran into: I'm a first time dev. Never once used Unity, never coded. The whole thing was learning, struggling, testing, learning, struggling, fixing, testing, WTF, what have I done, is it broken, can I fix it, people hate it, omg, wait, THIS IS SICK!!!!

Accomplishments that we're proud of : That I brought 1 star reviews to 5 stars. That has been huge but really the stuff that's never been done. Adding fire, earthquakes and rain variants. Scopes especially. Adding the working sniper scopes that actually zoom and have thermal and heat vision, adding the after action report with star wars style holo maps and then life size 1:1 replay. Just the creative stuff that is actually coming to life.

What we learned: That making good games is possible with a lot of dedication and hard work. I learned that prototyping is important, I learned that this does take a long time even with LLMs doing the heavy lifting. I learned that any idea can come to life now.

What's next for Click Clack Mixed Reality: AI improvements especially. More dedication to ideas for PvP and Co-Op. Hopefully getting people to really play. The growth has been awesome the last 2 weeks on social since "launch" whatever that means for an indie in 2026. I just want people to play my game!
