Inspiration

The NFT market is growing and reaching maturity level. There are not a lot of protocols that are using NFTs for something.

What it does

Clever Loans is a protocol that allows you to borrow money against your NFT.

How we built it

Currently, this is just an idea but according to the research we have done. This idea looks like a viable solution build.

Challenges we ran into

As the lending of the NFT will be automated, we were stuck with how we can price the NFT. For that, we have decided to use the floor price for giving the loans.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am really proud of the research we put into this project.

What we learned

The NFT market is getting to a maturity level where we can actually say that blue chip NFTs are as valuable as some of the physical fine arts.

Building this project and getting it live.
